Thunder Technical Troubleshooting
This guide covers the most common technical issues reported for Thunder products and their recommended resolutions.
Connectivity Issues
- Restart the Thunder device and reconnect to your network.
- Ensure firmware is up to date by checking the product dashboard.
- Verify your network meets the minimum bandwidth requirements.
Performance Issues
- Clear the device cache via Settings — Maintenance — Clear Cache.
- Check for background processes consuming resources.
- Contact support if performance issues persist after a full restart.
Hardware Faults
If you suspect a hardware fault, do not attempt to repair the device yourself. Contact our Tier 2 technical support team with your serial number and a description of the fault.
Escalation
If this guide does not resolve your issue, our Tier 2 team is available Monday to Friday 9AM to 7PM and Saturday 9AM to 1PM.
