Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation.
- Available for all Standard support tier customers.
Platinum Priority Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 2 to 3 business days from order confirmation.
- Available exclusively for Platinum support tier customers.
Shipping Carriers
We ship Lightning products via UPS and FedEx. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
